Would a United Europe take autonomy away from its member states or maintain the current level? Who will decide on the distribution of funding? 3. Can Europe reinvigorate its industrial or manufacturing sectors to protect itself from excessive reliance on e.g. China? 4. Can Europeans begin to see themselves as members of a larger union than their own countries (or regions)? 5. How can Europe as a whole deal with its demographic problems? 6. If a United Europe can be formed, what relationship can the US expect to have with it? What about China, Africa, South America?
